The customer can revoke his contractual declaration without giving reasons within three months of receipt of the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods. To meet this deadline, a timely revocation by telephone or e-mail is sufficient. The customer shall bear the costs of returning goods worth less than 40.00 euros. TOM SPIKE bears the risk.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods specially manufactured or developed at the customer’s request.
