As experienced consultants, we help technology and industrial companies to achieve a unique position in the market through innovation.
Our most important tools are joint workshops and projects with our clients, entrepreneurial thinking and a wide range of industry experience.
You will accompany and support us in everything that is necessary for successful innovation: Germany-wide customer appointments, workshops, communication, acquisition, organization, documentation, research, method development, networking, strategic development of consulting products

Location:

Berlin, near S Schönhauser Allee; possibly other locations in Germany

Activity:

Advice and personal development to become an all-round innovation consultant

Working hours:

40h/week, travel share approx. 30%

Main tasks:

– Consulting, workshops, moderation – Preparation/follow-up of workshops – Research/concepts/planning – Acquisition, communication, networking – Development of own consulting fields – See where things get stuck and lend a hand :-

The following knowledge and skills are an advantage:

– Openness to approach people and find working solutions – Entrepreneurial thinking, enthusiasm for innovation and courage to try/learn new things – Experience and pleasure in moderating/training working groups (possibly trainer training) – Affinity for methodical approach and basics of some innovation methods – Studies with a technical component (e.g. engineer, industrial engineer, …) – Professional experience in technology/industrial companies (e.g. development) – Experience with common Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)Experience in technology/industrial companies (e.g. development) – Experience with common Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Confident written and spoken German and English skills – A desire and ability to bring things to a successful conclusion on your own responsibility
